I spoke to gabriel berzescu on the support topics of wordpress plugins site.
I have some issues with your plugin user profile and user registration aswell as your add on, client portal.1. I[‘m unable to edit the log in page and when I click edit, the page automatically redirects to the private page. There is no way of editing the log in page.
2. The short code [client-portal] does not work on a public page as I get presented with an error, invalid JSON response.
3. When this short code is used in private page where the login redirects to, the private page does not even load, instead just flickers.
Why am I not able to edit the log-in page?
Why does the short code [client-portal] not work on both public and private page?
How can I add users with different rights as in one for normal user, one for agent and one for admin with content restriction?
How Do I redirect each user to their own private page?

Ive tried re-saving the permalinks but no help.

how is the normal process of using the short codes?

I am facing the same issue but with mine, the private page is not even loading. I just see blank page with username.My log-in page short code as follows:

What is preventing the client portal page from loading ?
