Hi @shwebb15,
Thanks for reporting this!
Please check that your Unsubscribe Page is correctly set under Subscribe2 > Settings > Pages and that the
[subscribe2]shortcode is added to that page. Also, try clearing any site cache if you’re using a caching plugin.
We are reviewing this behavior and will work to improve it in the next update.
Let us know if the issue continues!
Hi @cmcontreras,
Thank you for reporting this issue and providing detailed information.
We understand the issue you’re facing with posts created automatically by the Podcast Importer plugin not triggering Subscribe2 notifications.
Our team will investigate this behavior further, and we plan to address it in our next plugin update.
We appreciate your patience and support as we work to improve Subscribe2.
Thanks,
Hi @iwaddo ,
Thanks for letting us know.
Yes, This is correct place. We’ll review the notification settings to ensure the “do not send” option works correctly. A fix will be included in a future update.
ThanksHi,
Thanks for reporting this. The warnings happen because the plugin tries to access unchecked checkbox values without checking if they exist first. It should use$settings['key'] ?? ''to avoid both the “undefined array key” warnings and thestripslashes()deprecation notices. A small code update is needed to fix this. We’ll fix it in the next release.
ThanksHi @andywightman,
Thanks for reaching out! To resolve the issue, you’ll need to update the email address associated with your “blog server” in your WordPress settings.
You can do this by navigating to Settings > General and updating the “Email Address” field to match your current domain ([email protected]). This should align with the domain you’re sending notifications from and prevent any email delivery issues.
Let us know if you need any further assistance!
Thanks,

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are actively looking into the issue with the translation loading early, and we’ll work on a fix in the next update.
As for your question about Subscribe2 HTML, it’s a separate premium product and does not replace the free version of Subscribe2.
We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Best regards,

You’re absolutely right — while assigning Task Types and Task Labels is possible, currently, these options are not available for filtering, sorting, or viewing directly in the List and Kanban views.
We understand how useful these features would be for improving task management and workflow visibility. I’ve already shared your suggestions with our development team for review and consideration in a future update.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your insights — it helps us make WP Project Manager better for everyone!
If you have any other suggestions or questions, feel free to let us know. 😊
Hi @kcomphlint,
Thanks for reaching out!
Currently, Subscribe2 does not have a built-in feature to send notifications when an existing post is updated. It only triggers emails on new post publication.
However, I understand your use case and agree that notifying subscribers about important updates can be valuable. While this isn’t a native feature at the moment, you might consider using a workaround like creating a new post that highlights the update and links back to the original post — this way, your subscribers still get notified.
We’ve noted your feature request, and I’ll share it with the development team for future consideration.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
