Hi @vivahappyblog,
Thanks for your interest in weMail! 😊
Here are the answers to your questions:- Translation Ready – Yes, weMail is fully translation-ready and works with tools like Polylang and Loco Translate.
- Subscription Form Options – You can add custom fields like dropdowns or radio buttons to collect subscribers’ preferred language during sign-up.
- Language-based Segmentation – By creating separate contact lists or segments based on language, you can send different emails or post notifications to each group. While automated language detection isn’t built-in, manual setup is totally doable.
Let us know if you need help setting it up – we’re happy to assist!

Hi @ernestcarrazana ,
Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delay. For the first issue, please ensure you are using the Elementor PRO Form widget, and the fields are correctly mapped under weMail > Integrations > Elementor Form. Also, check that the integration is active. For the second issue, verify that double opt-in is enabled for your mailing list under weMail > Lists > Edit List > Double Opt-in. If you have a caching plugin active, clear the cache and try again.
If the problem persists, please share the versions of Elementor PRO, weMail, and WordPress you’re using, along with any recent changes made on the site. We’re here to assist further and ensure the issues are resolved.
