That’s not really possible with the plugin at this time. You can have either annual or monthly subscriptions, but it’s not possible to mix subscription time lengths.

First off, I’d like to apologize and say that I thought we had dealt with the issue a few months back.
In our attempted fix, there was an extra set of quotation marks that was causing the rewrite rules function to run repeatedly instead of only when the necessary rewrite rule was missing. That set of quotation marks has been taken out of the most recent version (1.8.2), and everything seemed to be working correctly in testing this morning.
Please let me know if you’re still having to comment out line 18 when you update to 1.8.2. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the placard blocking your use of the plugin, and thanks so much for bringing the issue to our attention. We’ve put out an update that should resolve the issue, so please let us know if it’s still not working for you!
We think that the issue could be caused by having JavaScript disabled or a JavaScript error in another plugin or theme file. The new update only displays the placard if you’ve got JavaScript enabled and no errors, so it should get around the issue you were experiencing.

Sorry that the training videos are blocking your ability to use the plugin. Can I ask where exactly you’re encountering them? Are you talking about the tutorial pop ups when you first install the plugin?
If you let us know, we’d be happy to fix the issue, as we obviously add the videos in to help users get using the plugin quickly, not to block the ability to use the plugin.
If you can let us know by email where the videos are located, so that we can resolve your issue more quickly, that would be appreciated:

In your screenshot, you have “WooCommerce Integration” set to “No”, that needs to be set to “Yes” to integrate with WooCommerce.

Unfortunately it’s not possible for sales reps to see their orders automatically when logged in at this time, only for customers. That is a good suggestion though, so we’ve added it to our feature suggestion list.
For your second issue, in the “Emails” tab, you would need to change “Status Tracking URL” to the URL of the page with the “tracking-form” shortcode, rather than the URL of the sales rep shortcode code. The links should work correctly once you’ve made the change.
