By default, if you deliberately open a question in a new tab, you should get the question and answer for that particular FAQ:
The plugin uses a custom post type for the FAQs, so it should use the single.php file in your theme to display when a single FAQ is deliberately accessed. You can also create a custom template specific to FAQs if that works better for your site:

Does the table name you see in phpmyadmin match the one displayed in the error? If the prefix of you database changed (eg. “so_”), then you might need to change the names of the tables to match the new prefix.

It looks like you’re using another plugin to display the table of orders below the tracking form shortcode, is that correct? The order numbers in the plugin won’t match the numbers created in woocommerce directly by default.
If you’re trying to allow WooCommerce order tracking with the exact same order numbers, then you would need to change the following two setting in the “Premium” area of the “Options” page:
WooCommerce Prefix (set it to blank)
WooCommerce Random Suffix (set it to “No”)If you make those option changes, then any newly created orders can be tracked using the form.

Thanks for asking about the text. It was not possible at the time, but we’ve released an update for Status Tracking where it should be possible now. If you use the “Email Variables” popup again, you should be prompted to enter the text you want for “Track your order!”. Please let us know if it’s not working for you.

We offer a product catalog that let’s people browse products, along with an option to inquire about products where they can add a message with additional information such as if they want multiple units.
We also asked our payment processor to refund your purchase 3 days ago even though the purchase was made almost 2 months earlier and that you never responded to our email with the refund offer. We also asked you at the same time to take another look at your review in light of the fact that we helped you with configure the the product for your site over the course of several weeks just to have you turn around and say “The support is horrible” because we’re unwilling to add in your requested feature within a couple of weeks of you requesting it.
All the best with your project, and we hope that you’re able to find a product that meets the needs of your site.

As we explained via email, you can send inquiries using the plugin, and we helped you to set that up. It’s understandable that you want to use the plugin in a specific way for your project, but becoming frustrated that a feature you’re requesting hasn’t been added within a couple of weeks and leaving a bad review because we didn’t add the feature that you want immediately is not a fair use of the review process.
Additionally, we offered to refund if you felt that you had been misled at all about the timeline for having new features added to the plugin.

I visited your site and was able to add a product to my cart without any issues. I’m not sure what the issue might have been, but if you tried refreshing your cache, the issue should hopefully be resolved for you as well.

Thanks for letting us know about the UTF-8 issue. We’ve included the suggested fix in our most recent update.
For the spreadsheet issue, can you try that again after updating? We’ve updated to a slightly newer version of PHPExcel, so hopefully that resolves the issue.
