I have the same issue in that the slideshow does not display – I think it is because my custom css rules show or hide the slideshow dependent on screen width.
Perhaps the javascript is checking if the div it is in is hidden and does not trigger once the div becomes visible.
Certainly this used to work in earlier versions of the plugin.
I have tried rolling back to v3.27.8, disabling all caching options and even other plugins but no joy.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Plugin Activation IssuesHaving gone through the various installed plugins, I have tracked the issue as being the JetPack plugin – once that was deactivated, there does not appear to be any issue with WooCommerce.
I guess JetPack is no longer compatible for some reason
