I do have access to the dashboard. 2FA works fine for the other user/superadmin. Both that account and the new account I am trying to create are on the same multisite.

I have two Wordfence 2Fa codes. I have tried them both, and neither works.

Is there anyone who might be willing to hop on a screen sharing call with me? I’m having a lot of issues getting things working.
Thanks, Adam. I have the pro version. So would I choose “user-selected plan”? Do I also need to connect the plan with a product/price I’ve set up in Stripe? Currently when testing I get a “no such plan” message when I click the pay button.
