Is there any closure to this problem – All I wanted to know if this can be fixed or not? So that I can move on to my next steps. This is dragged for almost 3 days now.

Can anyone help with this

I have also created a normal page with the same slug and this is showing as an archive page.
I really need the flexibility to edit the download page with ease. I am using genesis framework and therefore any code that I need to add to functions.php will help.
