Hello! I just worked with my web host and they fixed the issue. They said it was an issue with the htaccess file that they since fixed. Thanks for everything James.
To answer your question, yes, I did this in a Chrome incognito window. Are you thinking I should take this up with my web host?

Hey James. I am back. I did what you requested and saw some errors. Ideally there would be a secure way to attach a screenshot but I filled out the form. Let me know what you are thinking based on what you see.
Hey there James. I’m traveling for the holidays so if you could leave this ticket open, I’ll take a look at that towards mid-next week.
To be honest, I don’t work in Chrome Inspect mode very often so I did all of this in Firefox but I did get an interesting error that might shed some light. I sent it to you via the form.
Looking forward to your reply!- Yes, I can confirm that I can see PageSpeed Insights data when checking from the disposable WordPress site.
- No, I do not have any other WordPress sites on the same hosting platforms.
- I am not sure what you mean by “continuous loading screen” so I loaded my homepage and did what you asked via the form. I have a feeling that isn’t what you wanted since you can do that yourself but you’ll have to clarify your request. I can’t think of anywhere where I have a continuous loading screen.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hey there James. As noted in the original ticket, I did this already. I also did it again and it still didn’t work. Thoughts?
Also, all my existing plugins worked with SiteKit just fine before transferring to a new web host, so I would guess on the surface, it isn’t that.
Any other ideas?Hey there. To answer you questions:
- I shared my info via the form.
- Yes, I get the same error.
Error: Lighthouse returned error: FAILED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the page you requested. Make sure you are testing the correct URL and that the server is properly responding to all requests. (Details: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT) - No I don’t see any warnings. It says my site is in “Good” health.
Looking forward to your reply!
Hey James. Great news. As I noted above, I uninstalled/reinstalled Sitekit and disconnected any association between my site analytics and the Sitekit plugin. I just logged in today and it finally recognized that there was no longer an association and asked me to connect an account. When I re-connected the plugin with my analytics account, it worked. Honestly, makes no sense but it feels like the equivalent of restarting my computer fixing something and I am just going to roll with it. Thank you guys so much for all your help on this. Not sure what the problem was but I am just happy that it is up and working. Thanks again for everything!
Adam or James. Any follow up?
Hello Adam. Yes, it seems to work when I try to install on your site above. Advice on next steps?
Also, if it is any help to help narrow down the issue, I tried to disconnect Site Kit from Google as well as reset my Site Kit and in both cases it just spins the wheel of death and won’t do anything. I then tried to completely uninstall Site Kit, remove its trusted site access in Google and then reinstall Site Kit and it still somehow is claiming it is connected to my site but not working. Not sure how that is happening.- This reply was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by salker12.
Hey James. I have Hostgator (not Hostinger). I wasn’t successful with the web terminal (it kept spiting back “uncaught syntax error” prompts) but I did find this article that Hostgator doesn’t support iPv6 addresses.
https://www.hostgator.com/help/article/ipv6
My shared IP is 192.185.35.58.
Is this helpful?Hey James. I reached out to Hostgator and they said it is not an issue on their end. When I asked how they know that, they said the following:
“Because we’ve checked all of the server side logs and did not see anything at all.”
Any advice? Thoughts?Hey there James. Thanks so much for your prompt response. Much appreciated. I did all of the steps you requested and am still seeing the same errors. I also used the form to share my full site health information. Looking forward to your thoughts/next steps.

In reply to: [Flat Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce] Extra Flat Rate Appearing TwiceThanks for the update. Did you guys update your plug in? The issue disappeared later this afternoon so no need to address this. Thank you!
