    Hello,

    I don’t have Cpanel or FTP Access, Network Solutions people don’t give FTP Access to people who have hosted using their wordpress package instead of web hosting! So if a theme crashes I have no way to access through FTP, and re-install the theme.
    I was not aware that updating themes or plugins could be this disastrous!
    NS people are not replying to me, I have opened customer service ticket, requested them politely but no answer since 1 day.
    My website is down and I’m really helpless.
    Is there really nothing else I could do?

    Hi! I’m facing the same problem, please tell me what you did to resolve your problem? I have used Network Solutions to host my site as a blog.
