In reply to: [Key4ce osTicket Bridge] Creating new ticketI am still in the offline mode, i had to uninstall the plugin and reinstall.
Here are my observations.
After installing the new plugin from wordpress, i can see the create ticket. but i cannot create a new ticket because there is no category and also, no priority.I am still seeing the offline mode despite that the database has been created.

I am not sure the installation completed.
After imputing all configuration at Setup/install.php
the next thing i got was a blank page.which is :

I have downloaded and installed the software, and after the installation, it cameup with a blank page.
