I tried to reshare a post on Instagram, but I received an “Unable to share the Post” error message. Upon inspecting the network, I found that the Jetpack endpoint returns a “No media to share” error, even though the post has a featured image set.Forum: Plugins

I have fixed the robots.txt file and tried to reshare another test post. After publishing the post, Jetpack successfully shared it on Facebook, but it did not work for Instagram.For your reference, here are the relevant links:

In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Unable to Automatically Post on InstagramI am facing exact same issue with Jetpack where it is not sharing my posts on Instagram, although it works for Facebook.
Here are the details of the issue:
- I have connected both my Facebook and Instagram accounts with Jetpack.
- Every time I publish a post in WordPress, Jetpack posts it on Facebook but not on Instagram.
- As @kisj0123 mentioned, When connecting with Instagram, no permission popup dialog appeared.
- I attempted to share the post manually from WordPress to Instagram, but I received the error message “No media to share” even though I had a featured image on the post that was 800 x 800 px. Here is the screenshot: https://slack-files.com/T2KCWRGA2-F074XR4B8HH-2f688f458d
