Sorry for the late reply.
Just at this moment the text showed at “Dashboard > Settings > General > Timezone” is “Universal time (UTC) is 2019-09-03 17:19:13. Local time is 2019-09-03 19:19:23”. And at the PC I check the site at shows 2019-09-03 19:19:23.
The timezone is set to “UTC+2” at “Dashboard > Settings > General > Timezone”.
At midnight, for example when universal time (UTC) is 2019-08-20 23:12:49 and local time is 2019-08-21 01:12:49, the “Today upcoming events” widget shows events as if it was 2019-08-20 01:12:49. That is, mistakenly mix the “date” of the universal time and the “time” of the local time.
That happens during the first two hours of the new day. That number of hours matches the UTC offset.
