Even I am facing a similar issue. All the URLs redirect to a single URL, even a non-existing page redirects to the same URL instead of giving 404 error.
This only happens when I am either logged out from the WP or accessing the site in incognito mode.

Yes I am facing the same issue. The Content Optimization tab gets hidden when the mouse is hovering over it.
Hope this gets resolved ASAP!

Can you ftp to your site and disable the WP Super Cache plugin by temporarily renaming the plugin folder then try to get in again?
tried renaming this but nothing goes on ……
