I was not able to resolve the issue but had the same issue Tomato and a few others were in this thread. I will give Tomato’s solution a try but I recommend leaving this thread open as it appears to be an issue for a few people and we can confirm this is a solution.

Yes, logged in ad the administrator. I have tried with both including the Title and not.
Yes, on the web interface the entries are showing. They just don’t populate on the .csv
