I appreciate your efforts, but as I said my solution was to uninstall your plugin and go to a different supplier. I’ve marked my issue resolved.
After allowing access for troubleshooting, the developer declared that all was now good, except I got the same results.
For me, the solution was to go to a competing product. You might try MailPoet after exporting your contacts list. I’m very happy with it.
1) Yes, the required categories are set (I use All Categories). I have made no changes to my settings. The only thing that has changed is that I’m now using v5.3.2 of the plugin.
2) Yes, these are new posts.

I’m getting:
Failed to load a config file “https://www.[mysite.com]/wp-content/uploads/ipages_flipbook/1/config.json?ver=1584421335”
This happens in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox.
I’ve checked to make sure the https settings match in WP. I added the CORS bit to the htaccess file. And I added the SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin. No go.
Looking for the error in Google, it seems a number of sites running iPages have been affected.
Thank you, your latest update 4.2.3 fixed this error for me.
I’m having the same problem. Emails are being sent, but no data on Viewed Status or Viewed date ever returns. WP and plugin are up to date. At some point recently, this function stopped working.
Using the free version in Canada. Has this become a pay feature?
