Thank you for reaching us. Currently can see that the plugin its not enable in the site and could not proceed to test it.
Please reach our support by visiting https://www.sender.net/ at the bottom right corner you would see a pop-up to engage with our support team, we will need some examples of subscribers which their orders, emails were not added while the plugin was enabled.
For better debugging we encourage also enabling back the plugin in order to be tested the mentioned situation.

Hi @pepperpoots , the initial issue reported by @joelmellin it was related with synchronization of the woo-commerce data with Sender application.
As understood your situation it is while trying to install the plugin you get an error message, could you provide the error message received and the URL of the shop affected, any extra data from error logs or screenshots would be helpful for solving your situation.

We have added the changes that would allow your expected behavior.
So for your situation you should disable this option so new accounts/registrations wont be making a subscriber in sender application.
Please update to latest version 2.10

Hi,
We have re-enable the synchronization with sender, as some communication issues while connecting to your shop.
You can try synchronizing again from Sender application or from WordPress Sender plugin dashboard.

We will look into this situation with the Nextend Social Logic.
Its true upon registration we create subscribers in Sender application and give option to choose the opt-in situation for that subscriber, same as WooCommerce checkout page
We will look into this situation how could be handle. Could be adding an extra option to the admin panel.

The information showing in the user agent its information for handling current versions of the plugin across sites.
We have made a change in latest release 2.9.18 and that information from the user agent regarding the sender plugin version would be not showing anymore.
No redirects are handled over sender plugin, if still believe this issue its related please provide some extra information on which links so we could check if are related with sender plugin functionality, thanks.

Issue was fixed from our end and not require a new version release.

Tried with the steps provided but the billing name was included correctly in all tests.
Could you provide the link to your shop? This would help reproduce the issue and fix it.

Thank you, Anthony! Our plugin supports shortcodes, and we just updated our plugin description to include them.
To use the shortcode, first you need to find your form’s ID which is shown in the Overview section of the form you want to insert. Then use the shortcode like this: [sender-form id=”form_id”]

Could you provide more information on where the billing name shows as empty and if apply which actions are done before reaching that point.
