In my case the problem was solved after fixing the SSL issue (updating all old HTTP pages to https with the plugin “Really simple SSL”), changing the fonts, then doing all updates again. Currently it seems to work fine!

In my project the problem has been solved when checking on all changed pages from HTTP to HTTPS again and also I changed fonts. Since then everything is looking good again! I updated to version .10 and all is still good.

Are you using Elementor? I have the feeling it caused a problem with this plugin as well… But with me it was because of the http / https thing. I had to kind of “tell Elementor” that have a new URL and it found more than 200 updates. Maybe there is also any update you can do with Elementor?

Seems it was a problem with SSL – I installed the “Really simple SSL” plugin that helped me finalize the HTTP to HTTPS move. I also emptied all cache. After all this I updated Neve theme to 3.0.6 and it still looks good! So I keep my fingers crossed that was it 😉

Actually what happened here is the very same that @fotolandowski says! Customizer appearence looks fine but the frontend shows sowmthing else. In my page it even takes the same strange (times new roman?) font that can be seen in fotolandowski’s screenshot and also some colours are gone and it is turned to black.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Custom Text Color option gone since updateHi @mateithemeisle It is not that the option to set things are no more there, the issue is that after the update the layout looks different in the frontend than in the customizer! It is like things set in the customizer are not taken over to the frontend! White is suddenly black and fonts are different, it does not show the fonts set in customizer.

What is meant with “import the certain page again”? Do I have to build it up again…? I am just working in WP, with the Elementor, I am not a programmer. And what is meant with the “starter site”?

In reply to: [Neve] Why Does The Personal Customization Option Does Not Work?Since the last two updates I have massive problems with the customizer settings and things that are shown on the page in fact… The only I could do for the moment was to go back to Neve 3.0.4, then it looks again as it should – but I can’t do any more changes to colours, fonts etc. in the customizer. …and it can’t be the solution that you don’t have the option to update! But maybe try, if this solves your problem as well.

In reply to: [Neve] Custom Text Color option gone since updateI have a similar problem since the last two updates (3.0.4 was still ok). Colours and fonts can be set in the customizer, but are shown completely different on the wegpage!
Hope someone can help with this soon! Our page can’t be used anymore since the update, all wrong…
