Hello @vivapage,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Upon reviewing the issue you’ve described, we can confirm that it was a known problem in earlier versions of the Dokan plugin. Specifically, even when vendors enabled stock management for a product under the Inventory section and assigned a stock quantity, the stock field appeared as “0” on the Edit Product page.
This issue has been resolved in the latest release, Dokan v4.0.3. You can see in the screenshot below that the stock quantity is now correctly displayed:
🔗 Screenshot LinkWe have thoroughly tested the latest version and can confirm that the problem no longer occurs.
If you have already updated to version 4.0.3 and are still experiencing the same issue, it may be due to browser caching. We recommend:
- Clearing your browser cache
- Testing in an incognito/private browsing window
- Trying a different browser
If the issue persists after these steps, please provide us with the following information to assist further:
- The theme name and version you are currently using
- Any additional plugins related to product or stock management
- A screenshot or screen recording demonstrating the issue
- Any relevant browser console errors
With these details, we’ll be able to better investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

If you are referring to Bing Shopping, you can easily achieve this using the attribute Shipping (Google Format) with the shipping field. By default, we have populated this within our Bing template, like so. So using this should work.
However, to use that you must make sure that you’ve set up your shipping zones within the WooCommerce Shipping option.

Hello @patrixxxk ,
It seems that by using category mapping, you are manipulating your store categories to obtain the mapped category instead of the category you’ve assigned within your WooCommerce products.
Do you’ve used the category mapping you created within your feed? Please make sure to use the mapping within your feed. Here’s a classical example where I am manipulating the clothing categories to Clothing > Men.
- Create the mapping: https://prnt.sc/zZ9S1BB0LXjV
- Use the mapping within the feed: https://prnt.sc/FNts68wp-Asy (I also include main to test)
- And found the expected result: https://prnt.sc/OPnfE30J84J5

Hello @velvetinemajesty.
If you’ve uploaded products via a feed, make sure the values are available in the feed first. You need to include these attributes to add the values within your feed following this. I’ve described everything using different methods before.

Hello @velvetinemajesty
Thanks for reaching us,
We understand that you want to include age group and gender values in your feed. We already have a dedicated feature that allows you to collect these values through custom fields to send to the Merchant. You just need to enable these custom fields from here.
Two fields will be added to your product page where you can enter the value for each product. Finally, you just need to include these fields in your feed configuration to retrieve the values. If the value is the same for all, you don’t need to do so via a custom field. Just add a supported text value within your feed config. In more dynamic way: Dynamically add Gender to Google Product feed – CTX Feed

Hello @archieplugins,
Thanks for reaching us,
CTX Feed runs automatic updates via WP Cron, which schedules events in WordPress by default. The automatic updates executed by CTX Feed follow a specified interval rather than occurring at a specific timestamp. However, you can set an interval to run the updates at a specific time. For example, if you want to run the cron event at 7 AM every day, you can initiate it at 7 AM today and set the interval to 24 hours. This may help you achieve your desired schedule.
If you want to run a cron event from WP CLI, you can do so using this command in your command line:
wp cron event run woo_feed_update_single_feedHello @ellounta,
Is the issue related to CTX Feed? Are you attempting to upload products to a WooCommerce store using the feed you created in CTX Feed? If so, it’s important to note that you cannot directly upload this feed to WooCommerce, as CTX Feed is designed for creating feeds specifically for listed merchants, not for WooCommerce itself.
However, if there’s another issue, I can ensure that CTX Feed only operates on your WP Dashboard and does not affect the front end. It may be an issue with another plugin or the plugin you used for product import, along with the theme. Your site developer help you the most regarding the issue.

Hello @0108daniel,
Upon navigating to the category mapping section, you should see all of your store’s categories automatically populated to match the corresponding merchant categories.
Categories with subcategories (child categories) will appear in a structured hierarchy. The parent category will appear individually.
If you’re using the latest version of the CTX Feed and still encountering issues, it’s likely due to cached data. To ensure all updates take effect:
- Clear the cache from any caching plugins you have installed.
- Additionally, clear the cache within the CTX Feed make feed page: https://prnt.sc/ZnBxobZFIjNZ
Clearing both caches ensures that old data is removed and the updated category mapping information is fully loaded, resolving any discrepancies or display issues you may be facing.
Hello @daryltav ,
Thank you for your input. This issue can occur due to various factors. Based on our knowledge, and upon review you site status lower PHP execution time can trigger such an issue for your case. Please increase your execution time by 300 seconds or more since you have almost 5000 products. Hopefully, your issue has been resolved.
