shanehidirHi Team Heateor,
Yea I realized that. Oddly when I tried via mobile phone browser it initiates the login. However when I am using Firefox browser via desktop nothing happens.
I will attempt via other browsers just to be sure.

Thanks again.

shanehidirHi Team Heateor,
Please pardon my ignorance, I’m really interested in learning. I have went to admin area > Plugins > Editor > *selected* Super Socializer to edit.
super-socializer/admin/general_options.php
Is this the correct location to place the CSS that you provided in your reply? And if yes, which line do I place it?
Regards,
shanehidirHi Jeff, will do. Thanks for all your advice. Sincerely appreciate it.

shanehidirHey Jeff, I’m also using a plug-in to hide the dashboard from registered users.
So I deactivated that plug-in, changed the test user back to author, then logged in as test user (author role) and just for kicks attempted front end uploads, it failed as before. So since dashboard has now been made accessible, I tried uploading via backend as you suggested and it worked :).
Both via default built in multi file media uploader as well as browser uploader (firefox mobile app).
What do you suggest next?
Regards,
shanehidirHey Jeff, I just tried it out. I changed a test user to editor. Then logged out of admin and in as the test user (now editor role), and it worked.
Thanks for the fault finding tip. So what would you suggest next? I can’t let all future users who wish to contribute be editors by default. That would mean that they have editing rights over all posts by everyone else.
I’m so grateful that you replied, and I’m really looking forward to your suggestion.

In reply to: [Customizr] customizr image upload http errorHi Menaka, Thank you for the reply. I eventually contacted my host (H**tG***r) and they told me that by default php settings are 30 secs which is more than enough. And since the problem only occurred when I changed my theme, I should try another theme to determine whether it is a theme issue or other plugins that slow the processing time.
Guess I’ll do that and see what happens. Thanks again Menaka.
