We procured license for SEO premium. So we would like to use premium only. But you are suggesting to remove the premium version. Please help.

What is the minimum RAM requirement for WordPress if we use its default theme. Could you please suggest. We searched and not able to find this in official websites.
If we use proper theme and plugins WordPress will not consume RAM if the website is in idle state. Could you please confirm.
