I have a main menu, then a sub-menu, then a sub-sub-menu (this does not appear for some reason), please could you let me know how to fix this?

Attached snapshot, you can see the default menu bar (white bar with the black logo) on top. How can I remove this?

Apologies for the late reply. Yes you helped with my problem. I still had an issue with scrolling, when I try to scroll within my mobile menu, it wouldnt respond and because I had to present to the client that day, I disabled the plugin. Still awaiting feedback from client and will let you know incase of any issues. Many thanks once again for all your help!
