Thanks Samuya. I went back to the host again and they admitted it was on the server. They initially were able to do a workaround, but then it gave an error 500 on my site so said they had to remove it. They’ve also implemented some other things to help with the speed. I’m waiting for a backup to complete then I’ll try again and come back. Thanks

I spoke with my host who dug into the second line cache-control to see if it was a server rule that could be removed. Its coming from your plugin. There isn’t any other cache plugin that could be causing it and we disabled each plugin, purged cache and checked the response headers each time and this extra ‘cache-control: max-age=0’ only appears when Super page cache is enabled. Please advise.Thank you for this. I’ll look into these and come back.

No the menu item isn’t there. Yes I’m logged in as administrator. See image below to an image of the menu.
http://cutemaps.co.uk/wp_FooGallery_error.jpgI found a work around that’s not very practical but at least worked – plugins/FooGallery – click help – click add new gallery link. Then I’ve made a note of the gallery number to create a shortcode.
As mentioned its not very practical so a fix would be appreciated.
