Please verify that the Facebook account you’re using has administrative privileges to the page you intend to connect to. Jetpack Social is unable to connect to a page-only account.

To help us investigate further, can you please tell us which site is in question and where you are seeing the error described?
Could you share if any changes were made before the issue presented itself?

I am sorry to hear about the issues and will try to assist you in resolving it.
Upon checking the Jetpack connection with our tools, I noticed it was missing and the XML-RPC is currently blank.
Since XML-RPC is how Jetpack communicates with your site, the issue will have to be resolved first before addressing the social connection. To achieve that, please do the following:- Check with Cloudflare whether they are blocking Jetpack connection in any way. You refer to these guides:

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/218377098-WordPress-JetPack-and-Cloudflare - Please check if Jetpack’s IPs are allow listed, and if not, here is how you can do it:
https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/ - Check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled and temporarily disable them to see if that resolves the problem.
- You may also want to search for any firewall on your server-side that might be blocking the communication with the xmlrpc.php file – your host should be able to help you with that.
Let us know how it goes, and once it is resolved, we can help with the social connection as well if needed.

Upon troubleshooting we discover there was a block on the connection and we managed to clear it out. Would you mind reconnecting to Jetpack one more time and let us know how it goes?

Could you tell me if you are using Jetpack in Offline mode? Some features, such as DNS queries, depend on external connections, so using Offline mode may restrict the functionality of those specific features, which could explain the warning you are encountering.
If you are not using Offline mode, please provide the URL of the site where you are seeing the error, so we can investigate further and assist you.
I looked at your site and there was a misconfiguration on the site URL. It was pointing to your host rather than the site you are currently working with.
I have corrected the pointing on our end, so please reconnect to Jetpack one more time and let us know if there is still any issue so we can help further.
