We are using a plugin that white lists IP addresses and I am just trying to log into the admin panel but I can’t as I have this message “Access denied because your IP address is XXXXX is not on the whitelist.”
The other admin who usually works from home had a change to their IP address so they can’t login either. The site is hosted by an external party, would they be able to help do you think?
