apologies – trying again:
with the Avada theme we can add space around a section – we are doing this with a (Fusion) separator. It is set at around 20px. This pushes the ticket list down 20 px from the top of the section. It works well. However, if you click on a ticket (as a user) to edit / add comment, the margin (separator) is ignored.
Thank you for your guidance – Yes that really helps! – the only issue I have now is that I am not sure how the Edit Tickets form is displayed. I have added some margins at the top of the Ticket list form but they don’t seem to display on the Edit Ticket form?
