Thanks for contacting us. If your Instagram is linked to your Facebook you should be able to use the Instagram Business option when creating a feed. This will connect to your Facebook account and should return Instagram Accounts linked to your Facebook Business. Then just select the correct one from the list and you can finish creating your feed. Let me know if that helps.

Thanks for reaching, I also saw your follow up through our support system. Just double checking you saw my response there a few days ago.
SpencerAwesome man, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! We’re stoked to hear you’re happy 🙂
SpencerThanks for reaching out and sharing those details. Would you mind going to the feed edit page in question and use the support beacon in the bottom right corner. This will give me your system info and options so I can test on my end.

SpencerThank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, means a lot for us 🙂
I’m not sure if this was your case but, most commonly we see the feed disconnect if a password was changed on Facebook for the connected account. Facebook’s API invalidates an access token when that happens and unfortunately we have no way to automate getting a new one under those circumstances. But yes, it’s as simple as clicking the button in our plugin to get a new token in any case.
Hope you have a great weekend!
SpencerThank you so much for leaving a review and thanks for giving me the chance to help get you sorted out 🙂
SpencerThank you so much for taking time out to leave a review for us, made my day!
Have a great weekend 🙂
SpencerSorry for the delay here and thanks for submitting the details. I followed up with you in our ticketing system but also wanted to post this here in case others run into a similar issue. So after looking at your options I can see you have the ‘Channel’ option selected, everything is perfect there. But, you also have your username under the ‘User’s Most Recent Videos’ option as well. It appears that is the causing the issue. If you remove that and save the options all is good 🙂 We’ll work on correcting that bug in a future update.
SpencerThanks for contacting us. Can you please go to the feed edit page in question and click the blue support beacon in the bottom right corner, and fill out the details there? That will give me your options and system info to debug the issue further. Thank you!
SpencerGlad to hear it! Just be sure if you make a post/reel before the cache time is set to expire then you will need to manually delete the cache so your post comes up right away. Have a great weekend!
SpencerThere is a option under the Facebook feed Settings for Post Type Visible and a drop down for Display Reels & Posts (Beta). Try that out and see if it works for you.
