In reply to: [Job Manager] Applications List does not appearI think your issue is possible theme or plugin conflict. I would suggest you follow the process to ascertain the issue.
Another issue is that your server is running on an older version of PHP, I see
PHP/5.3.2-1ubuntu4.30PHP 5.4 have already reach EOL and the last security support was stopped on the 14th of September 2015. You may want to talk to your IT dept to see if they can put your site a newer install of PHP / Mysql as this may be causing performance issues. The Theme also looks like it has not been updated for compatibility with the most recent version of WP. Most sites running WP now are on at least 5.5 with many on 5.6 and getting ready to migrate to 7.
WordPress recommends a minimum of PHP 5.6 https://ww.wp.xz.cn/about/requirements/

The coding is rather sparse for this and for now it’s hard-coded, any changes you make to the code will be over-written with the next update.
That said, you can still do as I suggested in Option 2 above but there is no Auto process for this at present.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Shortcode to display application formThe page where your jobs are posted is the default as shown in Admin Settings usually (jobs) you can change the name of that page and then save your permalink settings to ensure it is correctly saved.
You CANNOT modify the page contents using the WP Editor.
Page contents are set utilizing the shortcodes you configure within the1. Job List Template (Display List(s) of Jobs.
2. Individual Job Template (Display specifics to individual jobs)The application Form you create/modify from the App. Form Settings and it’s automatically created and will display / linked from your Job Details.
If you install the Free Sidekick plugin and activate you will see a JM walk-through that explains the lay out.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Applications List does not appearI am seeing some inconsistencies with your install. A shortcode is displayed on this page http://www.mc.edu.eg/mcis/jobs-3/ and it should not. The only place shortcodes are used are within the admin settings (Display Settings)
Job List Template and Individual Job Template.Your Url Path /jobs-3/ indicates that someone has attempted to set this up and uninstalled partially on at least 3 occasions and you may now have mismatch meta data attributing to the reason why no apps are showing.
If you recently migrated and or UG from an older version I would highly encourage you to read over the following article.

1. The Fields that are sent via email can be set by you and additionally, you can set a specific email designated to HR either by email name or category of jobs. That would be an automatic function and you won’t even need to access the back-end.
Fields to indclude in the email are select-able via “APP. Form Settings” you use the check boxes to “Block this field from application emails?” the default is unchecked. So you can include as much info as you desire in your email.
2. If you want to control specific applicants by commenting etc, you can do that from within the applicants individual application.
