Hi,

The site specific files are in WP_CONTENT_DIR

ABSPATH: /usr/share/wordpress/
WP_CONTENT_DIR: /var/www/sites/Government/xxxxxx/wordpress/wp-content

I have the same issue, the formats/variables work fine on the Title Tag Rewriter > Default Formats settings, but not on the Title Tag Rewriter > Pages settings ? Which ever variable I use in Title Tag Rewriter > Pages becomes the page title, for example {page} | {page_parent} becomes:
<title>{page} | {page_parent} </title>

I am using SEO 6.9.4 and WP 3.2.1
