Hi Mihai

There has always been thumbnails with Nextgen watermark in Nextgen Back end “Manage Galleries” and in “Basic Thumbnail Gallery”

This has been this way on multiple sites, various servers and various word press installations

These where not displaying on all thumbnails, until i regenerated the thumbnails three time, after bulk adding of my watermark

I have cleared all cache and regenerated thumbnails

Now i have half the thumbnails with a watermark and half without

How can i fix this?

Unfortunately i cannot submit a support request through my member account

After using Nextgen Pro since 2013, i was fed up with the constant battle to get everything to work correctly and discovering it was down to problems with your software

I decided not to renew my membership of Nextgen Pro

So you will need to provide me with another way of gaining the information i require to remove Nextgen Pro completely from my site

Thanks for your reply but i don’t want to remove Nextgen Gallery

I want to remove Nextgen Pro and makes sure there are not any traces left behind

How do i completely remove Nextgen Pro, besides from deactivating the plugin and deleting?
