Best thing to do is learn to use the developer tools in Firefox (or Firebug) or Chrome or Safari or IE to see what’s loading on your site and how to work with and change the CSS and HTML. You can edit the CSS “live” in your browser, and then when you have the hover effects you want, add that CSS to your child theme style.css file.

What you want to do is possible wiht WordPress, but some custom work may be required, which is really outside the scope of these forums.

If you can’t do the work yourself, consider looking for a reputable person on http://jobs.wordpress.net/ or http://directory.codepoet.com or http://upwork.com

Sounds like you need to talk to Sucuri about their guarantee and your host about their service. Unless you’re willing to jump in and try and fix/secure the site yourself, you should deal with the people you’re dealing with now: Sucuri and the webhost.

Or, find another host: the WordPress team has provided a list of recommended hosting providers. For more details and other recommendations, please search through the forums or via Google (or your preferred search engine).

That link to the http://www.wptutor.io/ might have appeared after a theme or plugin update.

Links to Google Fonts can typicaly be in theme files; so look in your theme files, such as index.php and functions.php.
