In reply to: Hover text-color does not workBest thing to do is learn to use the developer tools in Firefox (or Firebug) or Chrome or Safari or IE to see what’s loading on your site and how to work with and change the CSS and HTML. You can edit the CSS “live” in your browser, and then when you have the hover effects you want, add that CSS to your child theme style.css file.
And take a look at the hover selector: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:hover

In reply to: 403 Forbidden Error at loginSo I was messing around in my Plesk….
You haven’t given enough information for us to help, and one time or transient forbidden errors like that are more than likely a host and/or Plesk issue. It’s best to ask your host for help with server permissions and look in your server logs for any changes or errors that may point to the cause.

In reply to: Platform for abonnees which place advertisementsBest thing to do is search for plugins that will do what you need to do; try https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ for membership, location and ad plugins.
What you want to do is possible wiht WordPress, but some custom work may be required, which is really outside the scope of these forums.
If you can’t do the work yourself, consider looking for a reputable person on http://jobs.wordpress.net/ or http://directory.codepoet.com or http://upwork.com
(FYI, it’s not a good idea to respond to work offers from random forum users who have read about your issues.)

In reply to: Hacked?Sounds like you need to talk to Sucuri about their guarantee and your host about their service. Unless you’re willing to jump in and try and fix/secure the site yourself, you should deal with the people you’re dealing with now: Sucuri and the webhost.
Or, find another host: the WordPress team has provided a list of recommended hosting providers. For more details and other recommendations, please search through the forums or via Google (or your preferred search engine).
And then carefully follow FAQ My site was hacked « WordPress Codex. Then take a look at the recommended security measures in Hardening WordPress – WordPress Codex and Brute Force Attacks – WordPress Codex
