The template php file you create must be located in the theme folder to work with that theme…so if you change themes then make sure to move/copy the template php file into the new theme folder.

In reply to: 500 Error uploading a PDFSame thing happens with me when file size is not the issue. Image files upload fine, but no PDF. I instantly get a 500 error. I am running multisite and it’s hosted at GoDaddy. Also I cannot update the Menu.
