You are correct – many of the emails EBD is sending out are ending up in the user’s spam folder or not showing up at all.

I have installed Postman SMTP and it certainly does help.

I have also set the SPF record in my DNS.

I am on shared hosting which does not allow DKIM.

My host suggested I check my emails at https://www.mail-tester.com/ and this is where I picked up the MIME/Multi-part idea as it is one way to reduce your spam ‘score’.

I had to set the theme to something else to get it working. the site is http://www.thewheatsheafpub.com but, as I say I don’t want to activate analytical lite as it hides the front page content!
