    The images were uploaded via the WordPress Media Library and all are saved correctly.

    Hi Mirko,

    Yes, I have tried the full URL but to no avail.
    The images are already in the wordpress library.

    Thanks to Dennis and his team for their excellent customer support.

    This issue was caused by ModSec firewall on our Apache server.
    Temporarily disabling ModSec while activating the plugin allowed the plugin to function as expected.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for the prompt respponse.
    I cannot submit a ticket on your suppport portal as one of the compulsory information is to supply a debug file. The product cannot be activate, therefor there is no such file available at the moment.

    Please ignore the above.
    Since enabling the log, the products have imported successfully…
    I will disable the log and see if the update function works.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help with this.

    Just to confirm.
    This is a new setup and there are no product in woocommenrce yet.
    We are trying to import products from square with square being the the system of record.
    We have tried the import all products from square function in the woocommerce square plugin to no avail.

    Items in square have skus assigned.

    I have enable logging in woocommerce and will log a ticket with square as suggested.
