    I am using 5.4.3, and your suggestion worked. Thank you, Evan!

    Note to moderator – Sorry about that. I read the following on the link you sent : “Moderators will delete bumps they find. This is in order to help you get back into the No Replies listing, where you are more likely to get an answer.”

    Would you be willing to delete my bump, as well as this post, so my query may be put back into the No Replies listing? Thank you.

    This is the bit of code that should help resolve the issue, but although it’s sitting in my css file it’s not affecting my contact page.

    border-style:none;

    [Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]

    I just tried deleting the code on line 74 which held the error message, and that worked in taking the message away on my forum. I’m new to manipulating code, so if anyone still has an opinion on what I did, I’d love to hear it.

    Thanks for the tip Rev. Voodoo, I extracted the wp-content (the wp-config was not there,) rezipped it, tried to upload it, and was given an error message that it was too big. I extracted the wp-includes and wp-admin folders, zipped them and uploaded them, and got the following message: [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in…

    Was this because I didn’t upload the files wp-activate.php, wp-app.php, wp-atom.php etc? Assuming I have to upload these, do you have any advice as to how to upload them (if not individually?)

    I really, really appreciate the help you are giving me! Thank you so much!

    Hi! I have the same problem as Sculley did, and after trying every other suggested method, I’m ready to re-upload all files and folders. I have a question though- (keep in mind that I’m relatively new at this but am learning FAST!) do I have to upload each file individually? I have a fresh download of wordpress, but when I go to upload the files, I can’t choose more than one at a time. Am I missing something? Is there a way to upload them that is not so incredibly…time consuming?

    Also, out of curiosity if you know the answer…since I have a backup of my site that crashed(from wp-db manager,) we set up a “site # 2” if you will, to which I tried to upload the old database (from crashed site # 1.) When I “restored” the database from site 1 to site 2, nothing happened. I was trying to work around actually fixing my problem with site 1 (as it’s proven to be complicated,) but I’m just curious why it didn’t work. Any insight?

    Thanks a ton!
