Any help with this @nsinelnikov @ultimatemembersupport
It has been a while since I posted this issue post last update.
The sort order is still not working as before. The one I really want to work properly is last login order. It keeps showing the oldest login first which confuses my site users and they’d want to see the most active member first.
Any help with this?
Thank you.

Evening @mansurahamed @nsinelnikov @ultimatemembersupport
Any help with this? As mentioned above I believe I have setup the fields correctly but it intermittently works and captures and displays the height.
I have indeed selected the custom dropdown field in the um form.
In the edit choices section I have added…
4′ 6″
4′ 7″
4′ 8″
4′ 9″
4′ 10″
4′ 11″
5′ 0″
5′ 1″
5′ 2″
5′ 3″
5′ 4″
5′ 5″
5′ 6″
5′ 7″
5′ 8″
5′ 9″
5′ 10″
5′ 11″
6′ 0″
6′ 1″
6′ 2″
6′ 3″
6′ 4″
6′ 5″
6′ 6″
6′ 7″
6′ 8″
6′ 9″
6′ 10″
6′ 11″
7′ 0″I have this field in the registration form and the profile form and both have issues saving. Other custom drop down fields seem to work fine. It is only the ones which have height data associated with them that do not work.
Any help?
Thanks.
Hi @nsinelnikov
After separating the metatable the search order for last login has reversed to oldest login first and recent logins have shifted to the last page of the pagination.
There seems to be no order in which it displays A – Z or Z – A
Has running the custom table caused this or an issue with 2.1.3 as was working fine before?
Thanks
Hi @nsinelnikov
The only issue I can see post separating the metatable is the last login search order has reversed to oldest login first and recent logins have shifted to the last page of the pagination.
Has running the custom table caused this?
Thanks

@nsinelnikov thanks for getting back to me.
I ran a separate metatable and it seems to have sped up the site considerably.
It is not as instant as before but the ajax spinner as it prepares to loads the members is much quicker now.
Thanks for the pointer to the new abilities.
Hi @nsinelnikov @ultimatemembersupport
Any help on this one? Users are getting frustrated with slow loads times for directory page and searching for members.
The member directory page as mentioned before is behind a login so I would need to set you up as a temporary user to investigate further?
Please let me know how to move this forward to get a resolution. The software has worked great up until the big version upgrade.
Thanks.
Hi @nsinelnikov
I believe I have flushed cache, reset templates and re-generated minified JS and CSS files. I have even deactivated optimisation plugins but the page still takes an age to load after spinning for a while.
I followed those docs when did the upgrade to 2.1 and got a successful upgrade message but the speed issues happened after the update.
The member directory page is behind a login so I would need to set you up as a temporary user to investigate further.
What email address can I use to set you up as a user? I can then send you a link via that once added you as a user.
Thanks.
