Thanks very much 🙂
thanks. I will try and see 🙂
Most of my targets are companies. Company members normally don´t have/use @gmail.com email and they normally have company email with company name and then they have some weird (local) email servers. Is there something I should do or leave as it is and see if this becomes a problem in the future or not?
Thanks 🙂
I could take responsibility of these (small and less know) countries to myself, but if Anti-Spam doesn´t have anything for that then it is like it is.
Then the first know problem is here https://prnt.sc/5nqxaRsB_vaR They even sent me an email about their wish still buy somehow my product and I helped them manually (this time, because they still sent also an email…that all real users are not going to do like so). So, how we can make these real users ok and they would not have problems like that?
Sorry and many thanks for your help 🙂
So, in short, what you would recommend in this case if Anti-Spam doesn´t have these “white countries” possibility?
I know a few/some small countries that I trust more (I am ready to test and take the responsibility with them. From these countries are much less spam users) and these countries are my main targets too.
I already know a case where someone (target person) came from one of these countries. He was very interested in seeing and taking/buying my product, but for some reason (Anti-Spam was blocking him), he couldn´t register and buy this product easily/well. That can/will make many people overthink, and they can be afraid of the page/service this way.
Most probable there are in past or in future more similar cases and it would be good to make something and solve it somehow. What do you think and suggest me to do?
Thanks 🙂
Thanks for that link.
For me it looks I can´t give countries “whitelist” or give them permission https://prnt.sc/CjqjQnn2BSQN and https://prnt.sc/waZalNT9-JFc or I´m missing something/doing something wrong? Please little more advice 🙂
Thanks,

In reply to: [CleanTalk Anti-Spam. Spam Firewall & Bot protection] Confirmation emailsThanks for testing and looking into it. Thanks for that.
Did you get 1 or 2 emails and what kind of email did you got? Is it something similar – https://prnt.sc/HbI_M2ILThPE ? That is interesting, that I got a message of getting email with my email confirmation link (that sound logical – we want to register only the users who confirm their email), but I at least didn´t got this confirmation email (and never confirm myself 🙂 ), but we send webhook to Make.com and they send this nice email with all the new user data, but without confirmation link. So, I asked them and I believe you that your plugin doesn´t send these emails out. Thanks.
Most probably it´s easy, but I would like to ask you if you could please explain me how can I make “White lists” of a countries – e.g. I know that a big part of my real clients are from Estonia and Finland and these countries have few fake users/spamers. How can I do a “White list” rule e.g. for these two countries?
Thanks
