The answer:
“I have tested your site after deactivate and re activate “Autoptimize” plugin and found there is no issue on submit listing page. Please see the screenshot attached.”The screenshot is ok…but on my Iphone and Huawei (and the webtest) it’s not.
I try the plugin you mentioned.

Only deactivating the plugin helps.Where do i have to insert this snippet?
The php file?Or the custom css field from the theme?
