Hi, I used Consent Mode using method 1 on one of my sites. Is there a way to check if it is working? Traffic has dropped significantly, and I thought consent mode stills sends traffic data, just anonymously.
I uninstalled the plugin, and added the CookieYes CMP Tag Manager script to Tag Manager. Is that all I need to do? Is there another script I need to add? Or is it just that one if I’m not using the plugin?Hi,

We are using a plugin for GTM – GTM4WP – so I don’t think we can adjust the order.
Order is currently
1) CookieYes
2) GTM
3) Consent Mode script
We’d like to continue using the GTM4WP plugin if possible, as it gives added functionality.
Is the only option method 1 in this case? Am I right in thinking we’d remove the plugin, and is the only step to install CookieYes the Tag Manager add-on?Thank you for your reply!
When I inspect element then ‘storage’ I see ‘player.vimeo.com’, but nothing set – so no entries under ‘name’, ‘value’, ‘domain’ etc. I think this means nothing is being set, as I can see values for other cookies once accepted. Does this seem correct? I can provide the site, but would need to do it via PM.As an update, I hadn’t dealt with all Vimeo cookies. I moved them all to Necessary and it works as expected.
As I have do not track enabled, is this the right approach? Users might think cookies are being set when they aren’t. Can we remove the cookie from CookieYes altogether?
