This is the guide to help you add PublishPress Authors to your site: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/display-multiple-authors/
You may need Option #4 if you want to add multiple authors directly next to the date / comments / categories.
Thanks for using PublishPress Authors.
Our plugins have over 140,000 users and some of them have been updated for over a second.
Our Pro members get tickets answered in an average of 3 hours. Questions here on the WordPress forums all get answered.
So yes, we’re not going anywhere.
@wasanajones Sorry, multi-site doesn’t normally work that in the direction. The main site controls the sub-sites and can push out data to those sites.
Hi @wasanajones
This guide should help: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/multisite-network/
The Revisions plugin doesn’t try to change user permissions at all.
You can do that with our PublishPress Capabilities plugin.
Thanks @dptuck
Open a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help with the CSS if needed.
Great, thanks @dptuck. We’ll be waiting if you need anything.
Hi and welcome, @dptuck
Can you open a support ticket on our site? That way we can give you the fastest support.
My guess is that you may still have the Free version installed.
Hi @dptuck
Good news on that front: “A single site license is all you need to use PublishPress plugins on a WordPress multisite network.”

Great, thanks for using PublishPress @stefanolodola
Thanks for getting in touch and thanks for using PublishPress.
It’s difficult for us to provide detailed support here on ww.wp.xz.cn. Could you email us with this question, please? We’re at [email protected]
Sure thing. We don’t have a system for emailing people back about requests on ww.wp.xz.cn, but if you email [email protected] we’ll tag you with this request and get you notified.
Hi @prephoops
Thanks for the great suggestion. This is the 2nd request we’ve had for this today! It’s definitely something we’ll add, and very soon.
Thanks @suenee
Some great ideas there. We’ve worked hard to update a lot of old Edit Flow features, but Editorial Comments is something we haven’t really tackled yet. Those are some great ideas.
Yes, we can look into adding a screen for editorial comments.
As for custom post types, those should be supported already. If you’re not seeing this, can you email us? [email protected]
