Actually exactly now I can’t send you a screen shot because I’ve uninstalled colormag and installed Metro (the customize works) theme just trying to investigate what was really happening.
But I’ll describe step by step what I did. Please, note that I’m not a beginner with WP.
1. I did a fresh install of wp
2. Installed latest ColorMag theme
3. Installed required/suggested plugins
4. Went to customize and following the instructions of your doc site, just hit publish without any other movement
5. Choose one of your templates and imported
6. After that I can’t customize absolutely nothing. At each try I get the “page not found” error without the 404 error.
7. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything for about 3 or 4 times getting exactly the same result.
8. No PHP errors, error logs and memory limits setted to high limits
I managed to recover a screenshot showing the error. As you’ll see there is not that 404 neither blank screen
I really like your theme and would love to use it.

It seems to work like a charm.
Yesterday I´ve deactivated jetPack thinking about some cache issues but only that did not resolve the problems.
And yes you were absolutely right regarding AccessPress theme, take a loook at the error spotted:
/inc/welcome/js/welcome.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

I’ll try to find some plugin conflict for sure. I’m using the accessPress free theme. Wondering if that is the reason. But all works great prior the update.

Mas devo dizer que a CIELO pisa MUITO na bola!
Serviço inconstante, problemas serÃssimos no backoffice ( por ex. durante o Natal a parte de “Pedidos” ficou off durante mais de uma semana. Imagina se eu tivesse uma loja inteira usando a solução deles?)
Manuias defasados, suporte com retorno de no mÃnimo 48 horas, enfim….podendo evitar melhor:-)
Inacreditável como eles ainda estão engatinhando nessas soluções.

Já tentei com a primei rachave de produção enviada por eles e com o merchant ID. Mesmo erro
Seria necessário usar a solução”Webservice” disponibilizada pela CIELO. PArece não haver mais a “buypage”

I´m using the “Solução INtegrada Cielo”. Already tried with the pruduction key and with the merchant ID. No love:-)
Do you think that will be necessary to use the solution “Webservice” to acchieve the goal?
It seem the buypage is no longer available.
