Whenever you fill in the address and select the suggested address from the select box it will automatically add its lat and long values. There is no need of providing those separately. Maybe you were not selecting the Google Suggested address, thus making it unrecognizable for the map. Please check the mentioned option and get back to us.

Thanks for contacting us. Make sure to disable Caching plugin if you have any for form pages, otherwise the text will not be displayed. It required page refresh, whereas in case of caching system, the page remains without refreshing.
