Sorry to here this. It might because some conflicts or JS runtime fatal error.
We really appreciate if user ask for support before posting negative reviews because wordpress plugin have to work with other plugins and different themes. No wordpress plugin can be 100% compatible with all plugins and themes.
We try to help every user having any kind of trouble and we have been having good experiences so far. We also expect users at least ask for support and then post any reviews (good or bad).
Please allow us to help you by creating a ticket on our website and we are sure you will be a happy user after that.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Import feature is available almost 3 months ago but unfortunately we missed a communication.
Please create ticket on our SupportCandy website, we will investigate this and will wave off SupportCandy.

Please check you have https for URL in Site Address and WordPress Address(URL) in WordPress general settings.
If still not working, please create ticket on our new website https://supportcandy.net regarding the issue.
Also if you are using latest version of Support Plus, you can move to SupportCandy (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/supportcandy/).

Regarding deleting database contents after uninstalling plugin, we have taken this in our improvement list. Deleting database contents is risky because sometimes user uninstall plugin temporarily for testing purposes. We have to figure out some way like to take consent of user before deleting it.

We have added suggestion in our new features list so that you will have HTML info custom field type. You will be able to display it as like any other custom field and also apply visibility conditional logic.

It is currently compatible with WPML but for now we are not sure it will work for Polylang.
We have taken this in our compatibility list and will make it compatible if it is not.
We will get back to this topic as soon as it is compatible.
As you are using older version, we suggest to wait for import for this month.

We are currently working on import functionality from Support Plus to Supportcandy and this will be available in this month (May 2019).
Import will do exactly how you need. It will not only import tickets but also import all possible settings available in both Support Plus and SupportCandy.
Only thing is that you need to be at latest version for both plugins. For support plus, if you are not at latest version at that time, you can backup your website, update support plus to latest version, upgrade database for Support Plus for latest version and finally import it to SupportCandy.
If you want to go back to original Support Plus (earlier installed and working) you will have backup of your website.

Issue is that it was inserted into database while installation. There are two solutions:
1.
Go to Dashboard -> Support -> Custom Fields and edit each custom field label.2.
If you do not have any tickets for now (fresh installation), please create ticket on our website, our agent will provide custom code which will fix the issue but no tickets will be kept. Please mention this topic while creating ticket.- This reply was modified 7 years, 1 month ago by SupportCandy.
