Regarding creating ticket on our website, you can leave Support URL field empty as it is not mandatory. Instead provide your support page url in description field.

If number of sellers are limited, you can make them agents so that you can assign ticket to multiple agents.
If seller is in large number, unfortunately it is not possible. We can provide custimization if in this case if you are interested. See this page for more details.

Unfortunately we have cancelled import feature from Support Plus to SupportCandy due to technical issues.
You can use SupportCandy for new users and SupportPlus for old ones until all old tickets gets closed.
You do not need to renew Support Plus.Forum: Plugins

Please provide URL of this topic for reference.Not at all, it will just upgrade database tables for SupportCandy and no other plugin or theme gets affected.
Still, you should backup website before updating any plugin or theme in general so that you will always have chance to revert back.

You will see database upgrade process required.
