the problem is still there.
I applied the last updates and try to DL the last reviews, but nothing works.
The message is : “There is no review on your Amazon platform”
Really I have 17 reviews.
Maybe I will create the reviews area myself with a link to Amazon.Forum: Plugins

I have the same issue for maybe 3 weeks.
I had an issue about token, and previous update fixed it.
But now it failed again when I try to update my reviews.
It says:
“You had no reviews at the time of the last review download.”
“Your next update will be available in 10 days”
So I waited 10 days and tried again, same error : no reviews.
No idea.

I also tried, server side :
-> Allow_url_fopen : ON
-> exec, shell_exec, popen, proc_open, pcntl_exec : ON
=>same issue
+ I also tried previewed version from 12.5 to 12.9. And cleaned all and reinstall, no way.
=> same issue, access_token is still empty
+ I also tried to remove all custom code from functions.php and kept only required functions

Did you try to deactivate all other plugins ?
It sounds to be a conflict with plugin.Do you use a cache plugin ? If yes, try with no cache.

Ok I found a workaround to translate ORDER and PRODUCT field names in ticket creation.
Go to Admin panel and “Custom Fields”
select the concerned fields and translate it directly here.
It’s ok while you need only 1 language.
