Team FunnelkitHi @maltfield,
Thanks for your follow-up query.
We render Stripes and then Stripe brings the form in iFrame and No sensitive data touches our server.It directly goes from the client’s browser to Stripe itself, and when a user enters the data, it directly releases it to Stripe without touching our servers.
Keep us posted if any other questions.
Thanks
Team FunnelkitHi @maltfield,
Here is the update – As a gateway, we need to perform API request to Stripe servers, so ideally, we need to whitelist these IPs- Stripe Servers IP : 13.228.126.182
- Your Server IP
- Stripe Webhook Server IP: 54.187.205.235
Feel free to ask if anything else.
Thanks
Team Funnelkit
Hi @maltfield,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Let us review this internally and get back to you with the update on this.
Thanks
Team FunnnelkitHi @maltfield,
Thanks for using the Funnelkit Stripe and for reaching out to us.
PCI compliance is handled by Stripe. Stripe renders all the elements from their servers, and when the customer fills in the data, it is directly transferred from the browser to Stripe.
No data touches our server, and no sensitive data is stored on your site, so your site is fully PCI compliant when you use Funnelkit Stripe.
Feel free to write back if any follow-up questions. Happy to answer.
Thanks
Team FunnelkitHi @deepblue5,
Thanks for using the Sliding Cart and for reaching out to us.
We are internally reviewing this. For a quick workaround, please add this custom CSS here https://tinyurl.com/2b3qwumw
.fkcart-trigger-open, .fkcart-trigger-open body{
overflow:scroll !important;
}Keep us posted in a new thread if anything else.
Thanks
Team FunnelkitHi @maltfield,
We highly recommend using Stripe Connect to set up your payment gateway, as it offers a seamless integration and handles most of the process automatically.
However, if you prefer, you can manually enter your API keys from the Settings page here https://tinyurl.com/26mxl4wa. Please ensure that your restricted key is entered in the Secret Key field.
Since this is not the standard process please be sure while creating your API key you provide the necessary permissions for all required resources listed here: https://tinyurl.com/294afvrv. This will help ensure your Stripe gateway functions smoothly.
Let us know if you have any questions or need assistance.
Thanks
