The CSS codes are not input however, the mobile structure is off.

I’ve tried uninstalling all plugins and tried activating a different theme and the issue still persists.
Could it be anything else?

The colour code seems to work but it’s also the formatting and icon sizes that have all been changed as well.

Yes, all fixed, it was an issue with WP Rocket.
