    I’ve also got a query about the premium version of the plugin: Will it allow a bulk download of posts that would export each post as an individual PDF instead of combining multiple posts into one?

    Hi @mujeebur – Thanks for the update!

    This seems to have fixed the layout issues and brought the icons back, however the icon buttons don’t appear to be working from the main orders screen. The plugin is still working as it should do so our client can print/download from the edit order screen though.

    Thanks for the rely @gilesytheking – Have you got a fix for this issue for either of your plugins? I’ve checked the JS and I’m not getting any console errors, but I’m guessing that the relevant script is just not being loaded at all.

    I’ve also submitted a support ticket to WooCommerce to see if they have any advice about compatibilty.

    Yes, but I’d recommend an FTP app/program like Filezilla. If you know the details to access your site’s server where your web directories are located (you should be able to find all this in the Control Panel for your hosting package), then enter them into Filezilla.

    When you’re connected you can use it like Windows explorer or Mac OS’ Finder to click and drag and transfer folders and files.

    Remove the files via FTP from the plugins directory. That uninstalls it.
    Then see if you can access the plugins page. If not, I’d recommend backing up all your plugins folders using and then remove them one by one using FTP and after removing each one, check to see if you can access the plugins page.

    Hi,

    I’ve had this problem with ACF extensions before once before, but as far as I’m aware it can happen with any plugin.

    I had to deactivate the plugin and then removed the files by FTP, then reinstall it later.

    If you keep having problems after doing this, you will have to deactivate all your plugins and then reactivate them one by one to see if one of them is clashing with ACF.

    It’s painstaking and tedious, but hopefully you will be fine after reinstalling anyway.

    Hi Oscargare,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I looked further into the matter and it turned out that the understanding of the problem from what our client had told us, was slightly flawed and we misunderstood how the plugin used the taxable amount, so I’ve managed to combat the problem we were having by manually inputting the US selling prices with a multiple of 1.2 (as they don’t get taxed).

    Anyway, I’m happy this situation is resolved now, but if you can use any data from our Woo Status report, then feel free:

    Brilliant, that seems to work as intended and thanks for the swift reply.

    May I also ask what the AND/OR operators are for? They seem to have no effect any any filters when I change the operator. Is this a bug?

    Also, is there any way to style the radio buttons like check boxes, or make the check boxes behave like the radio buttons?
