This is a major issue for me as well as I have 50+ clients relying on the HTML to work. The other LightBox effects do not display as well as the FancyBox option.
I am having the same issue. Nextgen seems to be ignoring the HTML within the descriptions. I have approximately 50 clients using this plugin because NextGen allowed HTML in the description. Is this an error or is this permanent? Is there perhaps a workaround?

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Error when user selects opt-in checkboxI put a checkmark next to ‘Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling’ in the settings and then tested the form again. This time I got an error stating the following:

We don’t want to use the PRO version anymore as the free one will do fine. I sent a screenshot to you of what the feed looked like when the free version was activated. I have reactivated the free version. Hopefully you are able to see it now before I have to change it back to PRO temporarily until the free version is fixed.

In reply to: [ShopWP] Collections, Products not Syncing after Update to 3.0.6I realized that it’s an issue with special characters within the Shopify product title. If there are special characters in the title and then I change categories for that item, then it will not show on the WP website. BUT if I add a product title WITH special characters and DON’T switch categories, then the product shows perfectly on the WP website. There seems to be a bug in the sync with special characters in the title. Can you confirm and will this be rectified in the next version?

“No products left to show”
It states this on all single product pages except for one.

In reply to: [ShopWP] Collections, Products not Syncing after Update to 3.0.6I have changed the items per request to 20 and turned on ‘Synchronous Requests’ but I’m still not seeing some of the single product pages. This seemed to have happened when I changed the Collection category for my products within Shopify. It would seem that if I change the title of any of these products, they will appear on my WordPress site but then if I change the title back to the original title, it doesn’t appear on WordPress anymore.

I have tried adjusting the value but the bottom row would never align perfectly. Is there a way to crop ONLY the bottom row in order to align for a straight edge at the bottom?
It could be that you are using apostrophes in your titles. Very frustrating and I wish NextGen would fix this. It would even be helpful if we could add the HTML code for the apostrophe instead.
This should be corrected by NextGen ASAP. Of course we are going to want to add apostrophes to titles. Its so limiting and grammatically incorrect otherwise.
I have tried creating a new gallery and uploading a new image to it but I still encounter the same problem.

I’ve had the same problem for years. Hoping they would have fixed it by now.
