I’ve ask it directly by mail, and here is the answer :“The premium license is linked to the account you used to make the purchase. So, you will not need to take a premium license for each of your sites.
You can upgrade to the premium plan for the number of users you wish to upgrade to, and you will have to login to the 2FA plugin on each of your websites with the same account you used for the upgrading. This way, all users across all your sites will be able to setup 2FA.”
